    • Duration: 15 days (120 hours)
    • Eligibility: Interested candidates who complete basic training
    • Topics: Advanced techniques, innovation, and modern tools

  3. Stipend Support

    • Daily stipend of ₹500 during the training period
    • No financial burden for participants

  4. Toolkit Incentive

    • Grant of ₹15,000 to procure essential tools and equipment
